Foreman Kanban is a role-based workflow platform designed for high-accountability software and engineering teams. Instead of letting tasks pass unchecked across columns, every state transition enforces defined permissions, verification stages, and structured feedback loops.

Problem Definition
A workflow that could not skip review.
Most Kanban tools prioritize velocity over verification. Tasks frequently land in Done without peer validation, managerial audit trails, or a structured rejection mechanism. For mission-critical operations, that speed creates silent quality failures.
Control the transition, not the user.
Inspired by software pull requests, Foreman introduces formal inspection stages before work completes. State transitions require explicit verification, completed tasks demand manager sign-off, and rejected tasks return with actionable correction notes.
The interface couples an industrial paper-ticket aesthetic with modern state machines. Clear role switches, tactile review stamps, and unmistakable inspection statuses turn completion from a passive column move into an active quality gate.
